SAI DHAM, SHIRDI (OSSS TRUST DELHI), is an affordable accommodation facility dedicated to devotees visiting Shirdi. Popularly known as "Delhi walon ki Dharamshala", it operates on a no-profit, no-loss basis, ensuring a peaceful and budget-friendly stay. The Trust, based in Delhi, manages Saidham with the mission to serve Sai Baba’s devotees with devotion, humility, and transparency.
This Trust Deed was executed in New Delhi on May 11, 2000, by Smt. Sheela Rani Syal, W/o Late Shri Kundan Lal Syal,hereinafter referred to as the SETTLER (which includes her heirs, successors, executors, administrators, and legal representatives).
The following persons are appointed as the First Trustees of the Trust:
1. Shri Surender Syal, S/o Late Shri Kundan Lal Syal (Managing Trustee).
2. Shri Raman Wason, S/o Shri Surender Wason
3. Shri Suresh Aggarwal, S/o Late Shri Dilip Singh Aggarwal
4. Smt. Poonam Khanna, W/o Mr. Pamil Kumar Khanna
5. Shri Vinay Ratta, S/o Late Shri Inder Prakash Ratta
